What this form collects
When someone submits feature feedback, CareCalm may collect their name, email address, the feature they selected, their written feedback, and whether they opted in to receive product update emails.
This page explains, in plain language, how CareCalm can handle information shared through the roadmap request form and what it means when someone chooses to receive product update emails.
When someone submits feature feedback, CareCalm may collect their name, email address, the feature they selected, their written feedback, and whether they opted in to receive product update emails.
This information is used to understand feature interest, improve the roadmap, and, if the user explicitly opts in, send occasional product updates related to CareCalm and requested features.
Checking the product-update box is optional. If a user does not opt in, their feedback can still be submitted without subscribing to future email updates.
CareCalm should keep communication limited, relevant, and respectful. The consent language is intended to give users a clear choice instead of bundling product feedback with automatic marketing emails.
